Make juicy and perfectly grilled salmon in an air fryer in just 15 minutes! A quick, healthy, and flavorful recipe with minimal oil and maximum taste.
Ingredients:

2 salmon fillets (approx. 150–200g each, skin-on or skinless)

1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

1 tsp lemon juice

Fresh dill or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for 3–5 minutes.

Prepare the salmon:
Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Brush with olive oil or butter. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt evenly on both sides. Drizzle with lemon juice. -
Air fry the salmon:
Place the fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10–12 minutes, depending on thickness. No flipping needed. -
Check for doneness:
The salmon should be flaky and opaque. Internal temp should reach 63°C (145°F). -
Garnish and serve:
Top with chopped parsley or dill and serve hot with lemon wedges.
